Pay transparency is spreading, but slowly. We checked how many of the 225,625 verified roles in our database actually post a salary.
That means most postings still make you invest an application — sometimes an interview — before you learn whether the pay is even in range. Roles that post pay tend to be more serious and further along in their process.
How to use it
When two roles look similar, favor the one that posts pay: it respects your time and signals a real, funded opening rather than a pipeline-filler. And always research a range before you talk numbers.
